How to submit a notice

Please send a complete notice to contact@togames.io. Include enough detail for us to identify the material and verify your authority to act.

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. The exact URL or URLs where the allegedly infringing material appears.
3. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
4. A statement describing your ownership or authorization to act for the rights holder.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

Review process

After we receive a sufficiently detailed notice, we may review the affected page, temporarily disable access to referenced material, request clarification, or contact the reporting party for supporting information. Incomplete notices may delay review.

Abuse of the process

Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or abusive notices may expose the sender to liability. Please ensure your notice is accurate and submitted in good faith.
